  3. This is a bugfix release for NetMgr 1.00 gamma 3. I'm sorry it took so long
  4. to release this version, but my work took a lot of my time. Apart from that
  5. I am also moving, so there are too many other things that need my
  6. attention.

  9. To avoid that this version will float around for the rest of this century,
  10. there is a 'cut-off date' in the program: it will stop functioning Oct 1,
  11. 1996, unless you are a registered user. (For registered users, the program
  12. will keep on working even after this date.)
  13. By that time, there will be a new version, that I want to be used and/or
  14. evaluated instead.
